Return & Refund Policy

The registration fee and donations are an event-based contribution.

• A written request at least 7 (seven) days before the event date is refundable less the payment-gateway charge.
• No refund is available within 7 days of the event or after it, because catering, T-shirt and arrangement costs are committed by then.
• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
• Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or by bank/bKash within 7–10 working days.
